To ensure that no girl or woman in robotics ever has to build the future alone.

The Mission

FLAG Circles provides intimate, 6-person peer-led 'Circuits' for teen girls and women coaches in robotics. We bridge the gap between technical labs and emotional resilience by creating a safe, global space to share experiences, troubleshoot challenges, and foster a lifelong sisterhood in STEM.

The Circle of Trust (Privacy)

What is shared in the "Circuit" stays in the "Circuit." We protect each other's stories and struggles with total confidentiality.

Radical Empathy (Support)

We are a "No-Judgment Zone." We prioritise listening and validation over unsolicited advice. We are here to support the human behind the robot.

Peer-Powered Solidarity (Equality)

Teens support Teens. Coaches support Coaches. By removing the student-teacher hierarchy, we create a space where everyone can be their authentic, "unfiltered" selves.

Tech Persistence (Resilience)

We celebrate "Loud Failure." We believe that talking about what broke, what failed, and what frustrated us is the fastest way to build the confidence to try again.
